Changing your credit card or bank card details
If you are currently paying for one of our courses in instalments or paying monthly for one of the Mastermind Programmes and you need to change your payment details, you can do this quite easily by following the steps below.
At present, we can only accept payments through one of the major credit card or European bank networks.Â
Your safety and security is a top priority for us and our platform provider, Kajabi, and payment provider, Stripe, are industry-leaders and compliant with all the relevant payment and cyber security standards. No one in Fertility Support Training has access to your full payment details, these are all handled by our payment provider.
Instructions
- If you are already logged in, then you should be able to use this link to go straight to your billing settings using this link, then go to step 4 below.
- If you are not already logged in, log in here. (If you have forgotten your password, just click "Forgot password" and follow the instructions.)
- Once you are logged in, just use this link to view your billing details.You should see your credit card details that we have on file.
- Click on the 3 dots next to your card details and then select "Update card" (see image).
- Enter your new card details and save them. These details will be used for all future payments to Fertility Support Training unless you update them when buying another course.
- You can use this process to update your card details as often as you need to.
